Why we built it
The problem
Sourdough rewards patience and punishes guesswork. Beginners drown in hydration percentages and YouTube hours, while the starter itself — the living part — goes neglected between sessions.

We built Sourdough as an AI companion for iOS: starter care reminders, bake-day guidance and plain-language troubleshooting when the loaf goes wrong. It is built for the rhythm of real kitchens — slow, forgiving and warm.
